All of our plushies and accessories are handmade to order with love by CrochetByTwins. Because each item is crafted by hand, processing times vary depending on the item. Please check the individual product page for estimated timelines, or feel free to contact us before ordering if you need something by a specific date.

Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order is complete and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times Shipping times vary by carrier and destination after your order leaves our hands. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 1–7 business days.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right. For lost packages, please reach out and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
